Our new office opened in January, 09.

The design of the office has come from many different areas.  From years in Dentistry business we have learned what works well for us.  We have also listened to many of your suggestions and are implementing them.

Our office is an open design.  This helps us with communications, patient flow, and cleanliness.  Our reception desk is centrally located so our receptionists have a good knowledge of what's happening in all areas of the office.  The windows on the outside walls are located in the treatment rooms for viewing to a nice natural wildlife area outside.  Also look for televisions in each treatment room, a kid's play area, and for you golfers, a putting green in the waiting room.  We have a hot and cold beverage area, and for those of you who find a nice article or recipe that you want a copy of, a copy machine in the waiting room is just for you.

An important aspect of our practice is to continue to keep your waiting time before your appointment to a minimum.  We have been able to do this due to our “assisted hygiene” setup.  After any treatment in a dental room it takes 10 or more minutes to change the room over for the next patient and disinfect it.  To keep on schedule, our hygienists work between two chairs to eliminate this down time.  This working between two chairs also gives us a few more minutes to assure that your room will be ready for you exactly how we want it.  As for me, I now have an overflow chair to better work emergencies into the schedule.
